Acceptable use
What JST4 will not make.
JST4 generates synthetic voices and animated video from text a creator supplies. This policy states what may not be created with it. It forms part of the public offer, so accepting the offer means accepting these limits.
JST4 must not be used to generate sexual, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic or nude content (NSFW), sexual audio such as moaning or simulated sexual acts, or content that sexualises any person. This applies to the dialogue, the voices, the lyrics, uploaded pictures and backdrops alike. There is no adult mode and no exception for private or unshared projects.
Prohibited without exception
- Any sexual content involving a minor, or that sexualises a person presented as a minor. Such requests are refused, retained for evidence and reported to the competent authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate material, and any depiction of a real person in a sexual context.
- Voice cloning or impersonation of a real person without their documented consent, and imitation of a named performer's voice or style.
- Hate, harassment and incitement — content attacking or degrading a person or a group, threats, or the promotion of violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Deceptive media — synthetic audio or video presented as a genuine recording of real events or statements, including political disinformation, fraud and scams.
- Illegal goods and activity — weapons, controlled substances, malware, stolen data, or instructions for serious harm.
- Third-party brand imitation — logos, wordmarks, names or pixel-exact interfaces of another messenger or product. JST4 ships original visual structures only.
- Copyrighted lyrics or compositions supplied for reproduction, and music generated in imitation of a named artist.
How the limit is enforced
Text a creator submits for generation — a pasted dialogue, an idea, a revision, a music brief — is screened before it reaches any generation model. A request the screen rejects is refused, no generation is performed, and no result is produced. Screening is applied to every prompt-based path in the product, and a screening failure blocks generation rather than allowing it through.
Every export carries an AI-generated disclosure and a signed provenance record, described on the AI transparency page. Projects are private and JST4 operates no public gallery.
Consequences
A violating request is refused. Repeated or serious violations lead to suspension or termination of the account, without refund of credits already used. Where the law requires it, JST4 reports the material and the account to the competent authorities.
