What data we process

• Account and session data needed for registration, sign-in and protection against abuse.
• Dialogue text, uploaded media and settings that the user supplies in order to create a result.
• Generated audio and video, provenance metadata, and minimal technical records: job status, request identifier, size and duration.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to provide the service and perform the contract, for security and support, to meet obligations under the law, and — where required — on the basis of consent. JST4 does not make projects or private links available to search engines.

Recipients

The minimum necessary data may be passed to providers of hosting, storage, speech or music synthesis, rendering, email delivery, bot protection, content screening and payments — solely to perform the relevant function. Text submitted for generation is sent to a screening provider before it reaches a generation model, as required by the acceptable use policy; it is the same provider that performs the generation, so screening tells no additional party what a creator wrote. Card data is processed by WayForPay on its own payment page; JST4 never receives or stores it.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies carry the sign-in session, the interface language and the record of your own choice below; the service cannot work without them, so they are set without consent. Analytics is separate and optional: JST4 uses Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode. In the EU and EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where prior consent is required, analytics stays off until you allow it: no analytics identifier is written to your device and measurement is limited to cookieless requests that count a visit without recognising a visitor. Elsewhere analytics is on by default and you can switch it off. Where it is on, Google's _ga cookies distinguish returning visits and live for up to two years. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we ask rather than assume, wherever you are. No advertising, remarketing or profiling signals are enabled in any state. You can change or withdraw the choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of any page.

Retention and your rights

Projects, generated audio and video are retained while the account is active; JST4 does not automatically delete them when a subscription ends. You can permanently delete an individual scenario, including its versions and generated exports, from the Studio library. You may also request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing at the email above. A private link to a video can be revoked in the Studio.
