JST4 · public offer
Terms of the JST4 digital service
Revision date: 12 August 2026. This public offer sets out the terms of access to JST4 once paid Checkout is live. The supplier is individual entrepreneur Yasenenko Vitalii Valeriiovych.
1. Subject
JST4 is an online service that helps turn a dialogue entered by the user into an original animated video with synthesised audio and presentation settings. Results are generated algorithmically, may contain errors, and require the user's review before publication.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The offer is available through the Studio. Before payment the user sees the selected plan, the price, the currency, the subscription period, the credit allowance, and links to this offer and to the refund and privacy policies. The contract is concluded once the terms are accepted and payment is successfully confirmed in Checkout. The payment itself is processed by WayForPay as the operator's payment service provider; the seller of the service is the operator named in the business details. A billing document is issued by the operator on request to [email protected].
3. Subscription, credits and price
A subscription grants access to the service and the credit allowance set by the plan. The price, taxes, billing frequency and automatic-renewal rules are shown before payment. A credit is an internal accounting unit of JST4, not money and not a means of payment. The cost of a particular paid action is shown before that action starts.
Unused subscription credits may carry over within the limits shown for the plan. Purchased or granted credits cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. A JST4 error, a duplicated request or a provider failure must not consume a credit.
4. Cancellation and refunds
The user cancels a subscription in the Studio, in the subscription and payments section. A refund request within 14 calendar days is sent to [email protected]; the Refund policy applies. Used credits and results already delivered are not subject to a voluntary refund. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law.
5. Content and acceptable use
The user warrants that they hold the rights and lawful grounds to upload the texts, images and other material they supply. It is prohibited to impersonate another person, to clone a voice without consent, to infringe copyright or related rights, to create unlawful or deceptive material, or to deliberately imitate a living performer where this is not permitted.
Adult and sexual content is prohibited. The service must not be used to generate sexual, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic or nude material, sexual audio, or content that sexualises any person; sexual content involving a minor is prohibited absolutely and is reported to the competent authorities. The full list of prohibitions and how they are enforced is in the Acceptable use policy, which forms part of this offer. Text submitted for generation is screened before it reaches a generation model, and a rejected request is refused without producing a result. Violation entitles JST4 to refuse the request and to suspend or terminate the account.
6. Data, AI and rights in the result
The user retains the rights to their input content. JST4 processes it only as far as is needed to provide the service, to maintain security and to meet legal obligations. Exports and JST4 private pages carry an AI disclosure; details are in the AI transparency policy and the Privacy policy.
7. Liability and complaints
JST4 does not warrant that results are error-free, that they are fit for a particular publication, or that every external provider is available. This does not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law. Questions, complaints and claims should be sent to [email protected]. The law of Ukraine applies, save where mandatory rules of law provide otherwise.
